Where are you located?

Our storefront is located on 540 Academy Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our hours are Tuesday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm).

Where can we find your product?

You can find our donuts at Colosimo Coffee Roasters in the Exchange District, U of M and St. Boniface. Downtown at Mottola Grocery located in True North Square, at The Healthy Nut Cafe in Garden City, Sharecuterie Cafe in River Heights.

What are the macros for each donut?

You can find them under the nutritional information tab on our menu page, or you can open the PDF here.

Do you have keto options?

Yes! Our bagels are keto. The donut flavours that are keto friendly are Coconut, Pumpkin Spice and Ube Pistachio.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, we do! Check for the “Vegan” options on our menu.

Are your donuts gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products on our menu are gluten-free, meaning all of the ingredients we use do NOT contain gluten.

How can I place my order?

You can place your order by clicking the “order now” tab. Please note that we require at least 24 business hours for online pre-orders.

Do you cater?

Yes, please direct all catering requests to pronuts.wpg@gmail.com.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within city limits for a flat fee of $5.

What are the ingredients and what type of protein do you use?

For our classic donuts, we use whey protein, with a base consisting of almond flour, oat flour and stevia as a sweetener. For our vegan options, we use a plant-based protein blend (pea, pumpkin, hemp and sunflower), gluten-free flour, peanut butter, apple sauce/banana. How do I store my pronuts and do they freeze well?

We recommend storing your pronuts in the fridge overnight to extend their shelf life to about 5 days, and yes our donuts freeze very well. They're good for up to 3 months when frozen!
